Service Description

An EMI session starts with the client rating their discomfort level on a scale from 1-10. How much is this issue/event/thought/emotion bothering you? The goal of a session is to get the discomfort level down to at least a 2. These sessions are full of profound realizations and personal growth. Where things were muddy and unreadable, the mind will be about to breakdown and process what is going on. Many people have a general confusion about their emotions or attachments to certain situations they have experienced. Expect that confusion to be cleared up. Clients usually experience "ah ha" moments that lead to new motivation, plans, and the ability to take action and move forward.
